When I first met with John Treacy he said that it was his job to make selling my house easy for me, and that was exactly what he did.  He clearly explained everything I needed to know, was always accessible to my calls, gave me good suggestions on how to stage my house and took wonderful pictures to display on websites. 
He sold my house in two and a half months which  wasn't easy in this market!   I very highly recommend him.
